Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to eSense Health’s web-based digital therapeutic programs.
Free Trial
eSense offers a 14-day free trial that allows you to explore the Programs before making a purchase.
During the trial:
- You will have access to the trial content
- You will receive reminders before the trial ends
- You may cancel at any time before the trial concludes at no cost
One-Time Purchase and Access
If you choose to continue after the free trial:
- You will be charged a one-time fee
- You will receive access to the Programs for a fixed period, based on the level of access or add-ons purchased
- The Programs are not subscriptions, and access does not renew automatically
Access to the Programs will conclude automatically at the end of the applicable access period, unless additional access or services are purchased.
Once the trial period has ended and a purchase is completed, all sales are final, except where refunds are required by applicable law.
Add-Ons
Optional add-ons, such as additional navigator support or extended access, may be offered for purchase. These add-ons are also non-refundable, except where required by law.
No Refunds After Trial
Because users are able to evaluate the Programs during the free trial period, we do not offer refunds after the trial has ended, except where required by applicable consumer protection laws.
How to Cancel During the Free Trial
You may cancel your trial at any time by:
