Our Story

We’ve spent our careers as clinical psychologists, researchers, and educators helping women navigate challenges around sexual health. Over and over, we saw how profoundly effective therapy could be in helping women rediscover their joy and desire when it came to their sexual experiences. But we also saw how few women could access that care.

It wasn’t because they didn’t want help. It was because of stigma. Because of cost. Because their provider didn’t understand or know where to refer them. Or because they didn’t feel comfortable talking about something so deeply personal. We created eSense to close this gap.

We wanted to take the same tools we used in therapy—which we had spent years researching—and make them available to every woman who needed them. No waitlists. No gatekeeping. No judgment. That’s why we spent years designing a digital program that mirrors the content and flow of in-person therapy, while making it flexible, affordable, and private. We worked closely with patients, peers, and digital experts to ensure that eSense wasn’t just clinically rigorous—but also compassionate, inclusive, and easy to use.

Every decision was intentional—from the language and images we use, to the case examples we include, to the way each module builds on the last. We know how important it is to feel seen, heard, and supported when it comes to sexual well-being. And that is why we worked alongside women with sexual health concerns to build eSense. And now it is available to you.

We believe every woman deserves access to trusted, evidence-based support. That’s why we built eSense—and why we’re so proud to share it with you.
